FIT CHEQUE

This wiki establishes the procedures regarding the FIT CHEQUE (Flying Indoctrination Technique Curating Holistic Experience Qualifiedingly and Unusually Exquisite) program for Hartlantair and those doing business as (d.b.a.) Hartlantair / Hartlantair Placeholder.

Per a memo released on AUGUST 6 2025:

The Hartlantair Management team would like to announce the FIT CHEQUE program. The Flying Indoctrination Technique Curating Holistic Experience Qualifiedingly and Unusually Exquisite is designed to enhance our consumers' experience by using music to promote an enjoyable and authentic Hartlantair experience. In the spirit of Crew Resource Management, the Flight Entertainment Division of Hartlantair Flight Operations Team is accepting suggestions to the FIT CHEQUE playlists in #elsewhere . Please provide additions and subtractions here - it's also where we will be releasing the playlists whenever a new one is procured.

In an industry first, Hartlantair's management is reaffirming its commitment to the prohibition of Artificial Intelligence (Language Learning Models) and other hazards associated with the clanker revolution.

The FIT CHEQUE program consists of playlists curated by the Products Incorporating Vibes Outlandishly Terrific / Flight Atmosphere SpecialisTs. (PIVOT / FAST)

Playlists should be released regularly. Management prefers a monthly release of at least one playlist, but requires that there not be more than 3 months between releases.

Playlists may be created on personal accounts but should be transferred to Hartlantair's In Flight Experience account prior to public release.

Playlists, and/or the songs included:

• Must promote Hartlantair in a positive, uplifting, and/or hearty manner.
• Should promote Hartlantair's core goals, including “sustaining good vibes, creating happy rides”.
• Playlists should generally be around 80 - 100 minutes in duration, and songs should generally be no longer than 3m30s in duration.

When publishing FIT CHEQUEs,

• Send an email to PIVOT@crew.hartlantair.com, and cc: gga816srcoord@crew.hartlantair.com.
• Include “FIT CHEQUE” somewhere in the subject line, and a link to the FIT CHEQUE in the body portion of the email.
• Post a link to the FIT CHEQUE in the Hartlantair' Discord, in the #elsewhere channel. Be sure to pin the message, if you'd like to. If there are special notes (such as I think you said a new flights to Texas theme?), feel free to note them here.

When publishing FIT CHEQUEs, title them in the following manner:

• On Spotify: FIT CHEQUE ZZYYY-X, where ZZ is the year and YYY is the month (e.g. 25AUG). -X is only included if multiple FITCHEQUEs are being released, and indicates the sequence. (e.g. 25AUG-1, 25AUG-2).
• On Hartlantair.com, FITCHEQUE ZZ-YY-X, where ZZ is the year and YY is the month (25-08 for August 2025). -X is only included if multiple FITCHEQUEs are being released, and indicates the sequence (e.g. 25-08-1, 25-08-2).
